Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce appoints Membership Development Manager
This month, the Chamber announced the appointment of Pamela Caldwell Pim to the role of Membership Development Manager.
Pamela has more than twenty years’ experience across Senior Leadership Roles, so she is well positioned to bring tangible value to the Chamber and its members. Pamela’s career began in Dell, before transitioning to roles in IBM, Lenovo and subsequently, Cpl, where she undertook a position as Southeast Business Development Manager. In 2015, she joined Ireland’s largest retail bank, Bank of Ireland, where her responsibilities included the delivery of the bank’s business development, customer engagement and digital strategies – while simultaneously serving as a Board Member of Waterford Chamber of Commerce.
Returning to Australia in 2020, Pamela took up the role of Commercial Business Advisor for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. In this capacity, she led efforts to grow the footprint of Kiwi businesses across Australia, working with both start-up and scale-up companies. In her new role, Pamela will be responsible for engaging with legislative bodies, business associations and other stakeholders, on behalf of the Chamber and its members.
